Italy: Hospital to Be Built 'in 72 Hours' on Military Field for Coronavirus Patients

Authorities started clearing the terrain at a military field in Piacenza on Wednesday, where a hospital is set to be constructed in 72 hours, to treat coronavirus patients. Another hospital is set to be constructed in Crema, reports say.

Footage shows tractors and workers clearing the terrain, followed by the arrival of military vehicles.

Italy remains the country with most coronavirus cases in Europe, with over 31,500 cases in total and 2,503 reported fatalities, as well as 2,941 recoveries.
