Police fired tear gas to disperse protesters in Bogota on Friday, as thousands hit the streets amid fresh anti-government protests. There were also reports of sporadic looting.
In a bid to quell protesters, Bogota was placed under a curfew on Friday. The curfew is set to cover the entire capital.
The curfew comes after more than 250,000 people joined a march on Thursday, amid rumored economic reforms and growing frustration with the government of Colombian President Ivan Duque.
At least three people reportedly died in Thursday’s clashes.
